Andover Restaurant Row features live music on Wednesdays in August. And it’s all made possible by a trio of Downtown Andover eateries — Elm Square Oyster Co., Gati Thai Bistro & Yella, A Modern Mediterranean Grille.

Andover Restaurant Row is on Post Office Avenue. It’s entrance is between Elm Square Oyster Co. and Helen Thomas Simply Smashing Gift Shop. And it is open only to foot traffic in the summer.

All three eateries on Andover’s restaurant row — Elm Square Oyster Co., Gati Thai Bistro, and Yella, A Modern Mediterranean Grille — sponsor the live music. And each restaurant has designated outdoor dining areas on Post Office Avenue (Andover Restaurant Row). With the tables under the white tent reserved for Elm Square Oyster Co.

Celebrating five years under the ownership of Roseann Williams, Elm Square Oyster Co. is a modern New England eatery. The restaurant serves brilliantly created seafood and American dishes under the direction of Executive Chef Michael Sherman. While Bar Manager Colin Welch orchestrates everything behind the restaurant’s large bar. Which he stocks wih an extensive American Bourbon selection, and a wide variety of American and imported wines. Plus, small-batch spirits and local craft beers from some of the best craftsmen in America.

Gati Thai Bistro offers a menu filled with wicked good Thai food in the heart of Downtown Andover. The must try is the Pad Thai. Rice noodles, stir-fried with shrimp, egg, bean sprouts, tofu, ground peanuts, shrimp, oil, and Asian chives.

Tucked in the back of Andover Restaurant Row, is Yella, A Modern Mediterrean Grille. Yella’s warm, inviting and intimate setting provides the perfect backdrop for the luscious Mediterranean cuisine that Owner and Chef Carlo Berdahn serves. The restaurant also offers outdoor dining on Andover Restaurant Row.
