Local Market Needs Inventory
If you’ve been watching the Andover Real Estate Market, you’ve seen homes selling quickly & the Average Sales Price above the List Price. Below 👇, Linda Lecomte, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty Andover shows a major driver in this market. And it’s lack of inventory. Because year-to-date, only 47 HOMES SOLD in Andover. Versus, 79 SOLD HOMES at the same time point in 2022*.
That’s a 40 percent drop! When demand for homes remains strong. The market needs listings. If you are wondering what this means for your home’s value, contact Linda today.
