Enjoy live, outdoor music performances in Downtown Andover this summer. And they are free! Concerts in the Park are Wednesdays, from 6-8pm. Grab a take-away meal at Bartlet Street Restaurant. Then walk to the Park on the corner of Bartlet & Chestnut Streets for the concert.

Andover MBTA Communities Working Group Formed
Coldwell Banker Realty Andover agent Linda Lecomte selected to serve on the Town of Andover’s MBTA Communities Working Group. The group will help the Town of Andover assess the State’s MBTA Communities Zoning Law requirements. And will help gather & analyze community input regarding the new zoning. Finally, the group will help develop potential strategies for implementing the new zoning in Andover.

The first MBTA Community Zoning Meeting is July 18th. And the Town asked Linda to provide some Andover real estate sales data for this meeting. Which Linda shares in the next section.
