Longtime Andover resident Debra Rodger opened Andover Bakeshop on September 24th. A self-taught cake artist, Debra has been decorating cakes for over 30 years. With experience in both small cake shops and busy, fast-paced bakeries, Debra is well-positioned to satisfy the sweet tooth of every local.
