About Valicenti Pasta Farms

Valicenti Pasta Farms has ten acres of fields and a green house in Hollis, New Hampshire. That’s where it grows the organic tomatoes, eggplant, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and herbs used in its products. Those products include fresh pasta, ravioli, lasagna and homemade sauces in farm-fresh flavors. Like Carmelized Butternut Squash Ravioli, Fresh Herb Pappardelle, and Golden Lasagna with Roasted Autumn Vegetables.

The farm makes and packages these goodies in a commercial kitchen inside its big-red barn. And then the organic pasta, raviolis, lasagnas and gravy are sold at local farmers markets and groceries. And this Saturday, you can shop Valicenti Pasta Farms at Andover Farmers Market.
